  4. Step 4: Machine is delivered on your chosen date, ready to go.

All hires are to be paid within 7 days of machine return.

📋 To Hire You Need

  • 🪪 1 Valid Photo ID (e.g. driving license)
  • 🏠 1 Proof of Address (e.g. utility bill)
  • 💰 £100 Refundable Deposit
  • 📄 Hired-In Plant Insurance

Deposit is returned when the machine is collected in clean, undamaged condition.

How quickly can you deliver a machine?

We offer next-day delivery across our service area. Same-day delivery may be available upon request.

Do I need insurance to hire?

All customers must have their own Hired-In Plant Insurance in place before delivery. We recommend public liability coverage up to £25 million. Please consult your insurer or broker for guidance.

What happens if the machine breaks down?

We offer 8AM–5PM support and will arrange a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Do you supply operators?

We currently offer machine hire without operators. However, we’re happy to refer you to trusted local professionals.
